Sainik School Recruitment 2022 : The Sainik Schools are a system of schools in India established and managed by the Sainik Schools Society under Ministry of Defence. They were conceived in 1961 by V. K. Krishna Menon, the then Defence Minister of India, to rectify the regional and class imbalance amongst

he Officer cadre of the Indian Military, and to prepare students mentally and physically for entry into the National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla, Pune and Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala. Today there are 33 such schools running and proposed for future covering all the states of the country.

Qualification / Experience :-

• Matriculation (Pass in SSC or ITI or equivalent )
• Desirable: working knowledge/ experience in any of the following will be given preference: Gardening, sports field layout and its preparation, Knowledge of IT hardware/software, photography,carrying out official duties/Runner, peon/messenger, haircutting, safaiwala, waiters, plumbing work, electrical work, cleaning and housekeeping.

Selection Process :-

• Shortlisted candidates will only be called for selection procedure after scrutiny, based on the essential qualifications. Certificates must be uploaded with the application in support of their qualification and experience. Otherwise the same will not be considered at the time of scrutiny of applications.

• 500/- for General Category and Rs.250/- for SC/ST Category as application fee
