Position :- 

• Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling Product related enquires after Sales from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via Call Support (Voice Process)

Total Vacancies :- 70 Posts

Mandatory Criteria :- 

• 1. Minimum HS Pass- ITI, Diploma, BTECH preferable

• 2. Fresher & Experienced both can apply

• 3. Candidates must have Good English & Hindi communication skill (Assamese /Oriya/ Bengali Preferred)

• 4. Ready to work in General Shift (8am to 9pm)

• 5. No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining

• 6. 9 hours of work including 1 hour break

Interview Structure:- 

• 1. HR Round – General Checks – Face to Face Interview

• 2. Operations Round

• 3. Training Round

Salary For Tech Mahindra Recruitment 2022 :-

• 11,320/month (Take Home)
